Breakfast: a low-fat yogurt with 2 tablespoons of whole grains. Mid morning: a fruit. Lunch: 80 gr of raw ham (without fat) and 50 gr wholemeal bread. Snack: a fresh fruit. Dinner: 200 grams of cooked or steamed fish, a salad and 30 grams of bread.

5th day

Breakfast: tea or coffee, 1 low-fat yogurt and 2 wholemeal rusks. Mid morning: a fresh fruit. Lunch: 70 grams of spaghetti with courgettes and a salad. Snack: a low-fat yogurt. Dinner: a legume soup, a salad and 30 grams of wholemeal bread.

6th day

Breakfast: tea or coffee with three wholemeal rusks. Snack: a fresh fruit. Lunch: 160 gr of fresh cheese, a salad and 30 gr of wholemeal bread. Snack: a fresh fruit. Dinner: octopus with potatoes, a salad or some mixed vegetables.

7th day
